Delivery Information

The prices stated for each product on our website do not include delivery costs, the cost of delivery is calculated and added to your order at the checkout page.

We aim to ship your item within 2 working days (Mon-Fri), in cases where dispatch may be delayed we would notify the customer.

​

We ship from within the United Kingdom and deliver to most countries the World. If you are ordering from outside the European Union please check your local customs regulations before placing your order.

 

All our packages are discreet, with only your address and a generic return address on the outside of the package.

​

If the products do not arrive at your address for whatever reason, we will start an investigation with the relevant courier. This may take a while. Once we find out what has gone wrong with your package, we either send the package again or refund your payment. In very rare cases some items have been delayed by as much as 10 days on top of the usual delivery time frame so we would typically wait this amount of time before taking further action.

European orders - usually delivered within 3-5 working days from dispatch.

International orders (North & South America, Africa, Asia & Oceania) - usually delivered with 5-9 working days from dispatch.
